Facebook has recently launched its new messenger for android smart phone. they claim its the faster way to message.

few of the main feature include; group messaging, it seems that facebook is inspired or in threat with google plus, few features has the ability to map location.

android app: default and essential app is messaging app, which is fair enough to use, as far as i found the limitation that the messages did not get notification on the home screen, some times i misses the important messages when its on silent mode, as the notification is only displayed in the notification bar.  but the best part is that there are many android applications that can be used to repalced to enhance functionalilty of the messaging services;

few of the app will be discussed in my later posts. the most amdireable feature of the messaging service of droid is speech recognition software compatibility in the messaging software, simple one can push the speak button and verbally talk the message instead of type it in the traditional way.

Gmail is also a default app, it gives users accessibility and keeps user updated. By keeping the android Sync mode on, it could work like push mail on the android phones.

The interface of the app is easily accessible; the widget of gmail gives the opertunity to always get connected with the email.

Android market is the most essential software of android phone, it gives the user the endless opportunity to find and install new software’s on their droids. Unlike previous version of smart phones, finding new softwares was the heck of a job.
